Undercrown began when Drew Estate’s cigar rollers developed a blend of their own after being asked to smoke fewer Liga Privada cigars. That factory-floor idea became the original Undercrown Maduro and later expanded to include Undercrown Shade.
Maduro and Shade profiles
Undercrown Maduro combines a Mexican San Andrés wrapper with Brazilian Mata Fina and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos. Drew Estate describes its profile as earthy, rich and naturally sweet. Undercrown Shade offers a creamier, medium-bodied profile with notes of vanilla, caramel and pepper.
